General Information

You must login to the Benefits Complete site every time you want to access your information. We suggest you bookmark our login page. Bookmarking any other page within our site will not work because it attempts to bypass the security process.

If you cannot get access to the Login page where you are prompted for User ID and PIN/Password, then you may have a configuration problem within your browser. Our site is "secure", that is, it requires that users have a browser capable of encrypting a session with our server at 128-bits.

If you can access our Login page, please make sure to enter your PIN/Password as 5-24 letters or numbers. Use the Establish your User ID and PIN/Password? link on the Login page to set up your User Profile for the first time. You may also call our automated Voice Response Service which is available 24 hours per day at .

If you login to our site incorrectly three times, we require that you close and open ALL browser windows before trying again.

Forgotten User ID or PIN/Password Top

If you have forgotten your User ID or PIN/Password, you may request that a reminder be sent to you. Click on the Forgot your User ID or PIN/Password? link on the Login page. If you updated your User Profile with an internet email address, you have the option to receive your reminder via email and/or USPS mail. If you choose to have your reminder sent to you via internet email, you should receive the reminder within 12 hours. If you choose to get your reminder via USPS mail, a reminder will be mailed to your address of record. You should receive it in 5-7 business days depending upon the US Postal service.

You may also have your PIN/Password reset for you. In order to reset your PIN/Password, please call a Participant Service Representative. Service Reps are available from 8 AM until 10 PM ET each NYSE business day and may be reached at . At the SS# prompt, enter nothing and you will be connected to a Service Rep.

You will be required to accurately respond to a series of security questions. Once a Service Rep has reset your PIN/Password, you may establish a new PIN/Password through either the Benefits Complete Voice Response Service or through the Benefits Complete website.
