INVESTMENT STRATEGY:

The primary investment objective of the Fund is to seek the preservation of principal and to provide interestincome reasonably obtained under prevailing market conditions and rates, consistent with seeking to maintainrequired liquidity.The Fund’s returns are based on returns generated by an actively-managed, highly diversified portfolio ofinvestment grade, fixed and floating rate securities. The Fund may invest in such securities directly or indirectlythrough commingled investment vehicles (the “building block strategy”). This building block strategy mayprovide greater diversification than could be achieved by investing in individual bonds. This building blockstrategy also may reduce the unintended impact on portfolio characteristics created by participant cash flow.
